Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Prime Roanoke Rapids Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our concrete contracting services in Roanoke Rapids, NC and surrounding areas. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Provided

Prime Roanoke Rapids Concrete provides professional concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, walkways, commercial concrete work, decorative and stamped concrete, repairs, and related services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Service descriptions on our website are for informational purposes and may not reflect the exact specifications of work to be performed. Specific project details will be outlined in written estimates and contracts provided before work begins.

Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided are based on site conditions as observed at the time of inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ from initial observations or if project scope changes.

A signed contract or written acceptance of estimate is required before work begins. Deposits may be required for larger projects. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your contract. We accept payment via check, cash, or electronic transfer as specified in your contract.

Project Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, concrete work is weather-dependent and may be delayed by rain, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and reschedule as soon as conditions permit.

Prime Roanoke Rapids Concrete is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from project delays, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or disruption to business operations.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas, removing personal property and landscaping as needed, and marking underground utilities before work begins. Any damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles not disclosed during initial site inspection may result in additional charges.

Customers must obtain any required permits or approvals from homeowners associations, local authorities, or other governing bodies. We will assist with permit applications when requested, but ultimate responsibility lies with the property owner.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with warranties as specified in individual project contracts. Typical workmanship warranties cover defects in installation for a specified period from project completion. Warranties do not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.

Concrete naturally develops minor hairline cracks over time. Small cracks within normal industry tolerances are not considered defects. We will address significant cracking or structural issues covered under warranty at no charge during the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Prime Roanoke Rapids Concrete carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the total contract value for any given project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work, but some disruption to landscaping, soil, and adjacent areas is inherent to concrete work. Restoration of landscaping and non-concrete surfaces is not included unless specifically stated in your contract.

Changes to Terms
